Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number to start the process.
Pack with Care
Disassemble the furniture and place all components back into their original modular packaging to ensure the items remain protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of each box in your shipment.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
